Your enquiry
We receive the contact, company and project details you choose to submit. We use them to understand your request, reply and discuss the next steps. Required fields help us respond; other fields are optional. Please do not include sensitive information in your first enquiry.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting this website against abuse. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we use the information needed for those steps.
Before and after you send
Unsent entries stay in the current page’s memory and may be lost if you leave or refresh. Choosing Review enquiry loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser and connection information for a security check. Your enquiry details are submitted only when you select Send enquiry; the form uses Resend to send them to our Google-hosted email inbox. The application does not create a project account or store your enquiry in a separate database. Copy enquiry places the text on your clipboard. You can email [email protected] instead of using the form.
Hosting, security and email delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile to protect the form from spam. It processes technical signals, such as your IP address and browser information, on our behalf for this security check. Cloudflare is a separate data controller when it uses these signals to improve its own bot detection, as explained in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Resend processes the enquiry and delivery records; Google handles our correspondence.
Where information is processed
These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published data-protection terms explain their transfer safeguards: Resend, Cloudflare and Google. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while handling your request and any resulting discussions, and review whether it is still needed when those discussions end. Records needed for an ongoing project, legal obligation or dispute may be retained longer. Resend normally retains email content and delivery logs for 30 days on its standard plan, with a separate seven-day backup retention period.
Your choices and rights
You can contact [email protected] to ask for access or correction, or request deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Examples and optional sound
The project examples use prepared information, not visitor data. Spoken examples use your device’s available speech service only when you select playback. This website does not request microphone access or record your voice. We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions about you.
